Jessica Cassinelli
Chair

Jessica has been helping organizations meet their financial and accounting needs for over 20 years. She works extensively with clients in non-profit organizations, private foundations, construction, real estate, manufacturing, and semiconductor industries. Her experience in non-profit, contract, and acquisition accounting have proven invaluable to her clients. Jessica is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California. She received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Firasat Ali
Vice Chair

Firasat is a patent attorney and investor, with over a decade of experience acting as a business and legal advisor to companies. He has analyzed more than a thousand ideas and helped numerous startups in developing, protecting and positioning their intellectual property to enhance their value in the marketplace. Firasat is a frequent speaker and has taught courses on innovation at Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.) and U.C. Berkley. Additional experience includes leading an Angel’s group formed out of Stanford University and working with Fortune 100 companies on Mergers & Acquisitions.

Faisal Jeddy

Faisal is the Global Chief Strategy Officer with Visionet Systems where he leads all core strategic initiatives of the global IT company as well as overseeing all their global M&A.

Prior to this, Faisal was Managing Director with Accordion Partners, Senior Partner with BDO USA, LLP, and Practice Leader for SOAProjects. BDO is one of the world’s largest accounting firms, where Faisal’s role was to provide assurance and advisory services to both public and private companies. BDO International is a global network of 1,400+ offices in 150+ countries. Faisal started his career by working for eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers — providing audit and consulting services for clients in Singapore, Pakistan and Guam.

Faisal is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California, a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Pakistan, a member of AICPA and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from University of the Punjab in Lahore.

Jeffrey M. Lee

Jeffrey M. Lee, Ph.D., is Chairman if the Supervisory Committee. He has previously served as both a Director and as a Supervisory Committee member for Golden Bay Credit Union. He has held a number of positions at a leading Federal government agency in the areas of project management review, systems engineering, and intellectual property licensing. Dr. Lee has taken a special interest in risk analysis by using the combined tools of earned value management and prediction markets. Dr. Lee holds both a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from UCLA, and received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Bob Luong

Bob Luong has over 20 years of varied management experience with leading technology, finance and engineering companies. Mr. Luong holds a B.S. in Mathematics, with a Minor in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. He has been a member of the Supervisory Committee since 2001.
